What Fakedash provides
Fakedash provides web-hosted dashboard environments populated with sample data. The environments are visual only. They do not connect to, read from, or write to any external platform, account, API or database, and they contain no real financial, personal or operational data.
Acceptable use
Environments are provided for product demonstrations, onboarding, training, design review and internal testing. You may not present sample data as genuine records of your own or anyone else business, financial position or performance, and you may not use Fakedash to induce any person to enter into a transaction, investment or agreement on the basis of figures they believe to be real. Accounts used this way are terminated without refund.
Subscription and billing
Access is sold on a monthly subscription, billed in advance through Stripe. Payment card details are handled by Stripe and never reach our servers. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
Cancellation
You may cancel at any time from your account. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the period already paid for. We do not pro-rate partial months.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity carried out under your account. Tell us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else.
Availability
We aim to keep the service available continuously but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates and incidents may cause temporary interruption.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes are announced by email to the address on your account at least 14 days before they take effect.
