What we collect
Your email address, a hash of your password (never the password itself), session records containing IP address and browser user agent, and subscription status. If you subscribe, Stripe holds your payment details — we store only the customer and subscription identifiers it returns.
What we do not collect
We do not collect credentials for any third-party platform, and no environment connects to an external account. Data you type into an environment stays in your own browser and is never transmitted to us.
Why we collect it
To operate your account, authenticate you, bill your subscription, prevent abuse of the sign-in endpoints, and answer support requests. We do not sell or rent personal data, and we do not track you across other websites.
How long we keep it
Account data is kept while your account exists. Sessions expire after 30 days of inactivity and are deleted automatically. Sign-in attempt records, used for rate limiting, are kept for 30 days. Billing records are retained as long as tax law requires.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by writing to support@fakedash.io. Deleting your account removes your personal data, except records we are legally required to keep.
Cookies
One cookie, used to keep you signed in. It is HttpOnly, Secure, and scoped to fakedash.io. There are no advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
